''This Is Elodie'' is the third studio album by Italian singer Elodie (singer), Elodie, released by Island Records on 31 January 2020. It features collaborations with Gemitaiz, Marracash, Fabri Fibra, Margherita Vicario, Ernia, Michele Bravi, Gué Pequeno, Ghemon and The Kolors. The album debuted at number six on the FIMI Albums Chart and was certified double platinum in Italy. It was the best-selling female album of 2020 in Italy. Elodie Di Patrizi (born 3 May 1990), known professionally as simply Elodie (), is an Italian singer-songwriter and actress. She first rose to prominence as the runner-up of the fifteenth season of the show ''Amici di Maria De Filippi'' (2015–2016). Gemitaiz
Davide De Luca (born 4 November 1988), known professionally as Gemitaiz, is an Italian rapper. Besides his solo work, he has collaborated with many artists, most notably the Italian rapper MadMan. He was born in Rome. From 2007 to 2011 he was a member of the "Xtreme Team", a collective of rappers from Rome. His debut solo album came out in May 2013, with the title "L'unico compromesso" ("The Only Compromise"). It ended up peaking at the #3 spot on the Italian charts. The Federazione Industria Musicale Italiana (FIMI) or the Federation of the Italian Music Industry is an umbrella organization that keeps track of virtually all aspects of the music recording industry in Italy.
