In commerce, a third-party source means a supplier (or service provider) who is not directly controlled by either the sales, seller (first party) nor the customer/procurement#Roles in procurement, buyer (second party) in a business Financial transaction, transaction. A third-party beneficiary, in the civil law of contracts, is a person who may have the right to sue on a contract, despite not having originally been an active party to the contract. A minor party is a political party that plays a smaller (in some cases much smaller, even insignificant in comparison) role than a major party in a country's politics and elections. The difference between minor and major parties can be so great that the membership total, donations, and the candidates that they are able to produce or attract are very distinct. The Third Party (or the Alarmists) was a late 18th-century British political faction formed by politicians who had seceded from the Foxite Whig faction of Charles James Fox in the aftermath of the Execution of Louis XVI and Fox's perceived sympathies for the French Revolution. The faction, led by conservative Whig William Windham, ceased to engage in systematic opposition to the Pitt government while remaining independent of it and supporting its war policy. Third Party (stylised Third ≡ Party) is a British progressive house Disc jockey, DJ duo consisting of Jonnie Macaire and Harry Bass, based in Essex, London. They are best known for their single "Everyday Of My Life" and the collaboration "Lions in the Wild" with Dutch DJ Martin Garrix. They began their musical career as producers by releasing singles and remixes. Career The duo met at school and via their mutual interest in music production, they formed Third Party. They pursued further musical education at a music technical college for a year, funding themselves with part-time jobs.
