There Is Such a Peoplesometimes translated as There Is Such A Nation (, ITN) is a populist political party in Bulgaria established by Bulgarian singer, TV host, and politician Slavi Trifonov. Self-described as a "political product", the party is named after one of Trifonov's own musical albums. History Foundation Trifonov originally attempted to found a political party under the name of "There is No Such State" (). The application was turned down as the Supreme Court of Cassation of Bulgaria ruled that the party's proposed logo (a Bulgarian flag placed on top of an open human palm) violated the country's prohibition against the use of national symbols by political parties, causing him to change the name to "There Is Such a People" and adopt a new logo. 2021 Bulgarian General Election

April 2021 Bulgarian Parliamentary Election

Democratic Bulgaria (, ДБ, ''Demokratichna Balgariya, DB'') is a political alliance in Bulgaria. Founded on 12 April 2018 as an electoral alliance between three political parties – DaB, DSB and the Green Movement, it merged into PP-DB in 2023. In April 2024 the Green Movement left PP-DB. DaB and DSB maintain close relations and brand themselves as "Democratic Bulgaria". Plamen Nikolov (politician)
Plamen Nikolov (Bulgarian language, Bulgarian: Пламен Николов; born 1977) is a Bulgarian businessman who was the Prime Minister of Bulgaria, prime minister-designate of Bulgaria, following the victory of There Is Such a People in the July 2021 Bulgarian parliamentary election. He has no prior political experience. On August 6, There is Such a People announced its intention to form a minority government, with Nikolov as prime minister. On August 10, Nikolov's candidacy was withdrawn after being unable to secure support. Before politics Nikolov was born in Gorna Oryahovitsa in Veliko Tarnovo Province in 1977. After studying at University of Klagenfurt in Austria, Nikolov received his Ph.D. in law, politics, and economics from the Sofia University, University of Sofia.
