''Therapy Sessions'' is the eighth studio album by American singer David Archuleta. It is composed of ten original tracks and was released on May 20, 2020. Its first single, "Paralyzed", was released on August 27, 2019, followed by "Ok, All Right" on March 27, 2020. Background Archuleta began work on ''Therapy Sessions'' as a result of his Psychotherapy, very own, which had him fighting a lot of worries and negativity that he had been feeling towards himself. David James Archuleta (born December 28, 1990) is an American singer and songwriter. At the age of ten, he won the children's division of the Utah Talent Competition, leading to other television singing appearances. When he was twelve years old, he became the Junior Vocal Champion on the second season of ''Star Search'', known as "Star Search 2". In 2008, he finished second on the American Idol season 7, seventh season of ''American Idol''. In August 2008, he released "Crush (David Archuleta song), Crush", the first single from his David Archuleta (album), self-titled debut album. The album, released three months later, debuted at number two on the Billboard 200, ''Billboard'' 200 chart; it has sold over 750,000 copies in the United States and over 900,000 worldwide. ''Winter in the Air'' is the seventh studio album and second Christmas album by David Archuleta, released on November 2, 2018. A deluxe edition was released on November 14, 2019, which included three bonus tracks "The Christmas Song", "Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays", and "Still, Still, Still (A capella)" Background and promotion Archuleta started work on the album in January, while the weather was still cold in his new hometown of Nashville. Victoria Jane Horn (also known as Lady V) is an English Grammy Award winning songwriter and ASCAP and BMI heavy rotation award winner. Personal life Victoria Horn began studying the piano at age three and later learned the guitar.
