Theodore F. Craver Jr. is an American business executive. He is the retired chairman, president and chief executive officer (2008–2016) of Edison International, a public utility holding company listed on the New York Stock Exchange with $13 billion in revenues and $57 billion in assets. Eagle Scout is the highest rank attainable in the Scouts BSA program of Scouting America. Since its inception in 1911, only four percent of Scouts have earned this rank after a lengthy review process. The Eagle Scout rank has been earned by over 2.75 million youth. Requirements include earning at least 21 merit badges, 14 of which are mandatory for the award. The Eagle Scout must demonstrate Scout Spirit, an ideal attitude based upon the Scout Oath and Law, service, and leadership.
