It was formed in 2002 by Jarrod Holt, Ryan Hutchings and Nigel McCulloch, and have since frequently collaborated with actor and comedian Josh Thomson (actor), Josh Thomson. ''7 Days'' is a New Zealand Television comedy#Gameshow, comedy game show focused on current events, hosted by Jeremy Corbett and created by thedownlowconcept. It has aired on Three (New Zealand), Three since its premiere in 2009. ''Hounds'' is a New Zealand television comedy series, written, produced and directed by The Down Low Concept. Scott Watson
Ben Smart and Olivia Hope, two young New Zealanders, disappeared in the early hours of the morning on New Year's Day, 1January 1998. The two friends had been celebrating New Year's Eve at Furneaux Lodge in the Marlborough Sounds with other partygoers. The pair accepted an offer from a stranger to stay aboard his yacht in the early hours of the morning, and it was the last time they were seen alive. The disappearance of the duo sparked one of the most publicised and controversial investigations in New Zealand's history. After a five-month investigation, the police arrested Scott Watson, a resident of Picton. At trial, he was found guilty of murder and sentenced to life imprisonment with a minimum non-parole period of seventeen years. Mark Lundy
Christine Marie Lundy, 38, and her 7-year-old daughter Amber Grace Lundy were murdered in Palmerston North, New Zealand, on 29 or 30 August 2000. The bodies were found by Christine’s brother, Glenn Weggery who went to the Lundy home around 9.00am on the 30th to see Christine about his GST returns. Both had been attacked with a tomahawk like implement (which was never found) leaving blood and tissue splattered on the ceiling and walls. Twenty-one hairs, presumably belonging to the attacker, were found under Christine Lundy's fingernails, but were never tested or analysed for DNA. Handle the Jandal was an annual New Zealand awards ceremony that celebrated self-produced New Zealand music videos. Formally known as the Radio Active 89FM Handle the Jandal DIY New Zealand Music Video Awards, the competition was open to music videos of New Zealand music, made by New Zealand filmmakers with no external funding assistance. History Handle the Jandal was founded in 1997 by Dave Gibbons, manager of Wellington alternative radio station Radio Active. It grew from a local event to a nationally significant competition, attracting entries from around New Zealand. Juice TV, is a 24-hour music television channel operating from the Auckland suburb of Parnell in New Zealand. The channel is available on channel 38 on the Freeview streaming app. It also broadcasts 18 hours a day on CH200, Kordia's local channel on Freeview terrestrial. History The channel started in 1994 as a platform for new music videos and local DJs. It was a family owned and operated business. Juice originally launched as Juice TV on the ''Sky Orange'' channel which aired on Sky's UHF pay TV service. In 1997, the channel began broadcasting 24 hours a day. In 1998 Juice TV began broadcasting exclusively on Sky Digital.
