The Velveteers are an American rock band from Boulder, Colorado. They have opened for Guns'N'Roses, Smashing Pumpkins, Greta Van Fleet, and the Black Keys. History The band was formed as a duo in 2014, consisting of Demi Demitro (lead vocals, guitar) and Baby Pottersmith (drums), who met at a reggae show. The duo added a third member, Demi's older brother, Johnny Fig (drums). During their first two years as a band, the only music they released was the single "Death Hex". Despite this, they were able to tour with the Los Angeles base duo Deap Vally in the UK. Daniel Quine Auerbach (; born May 14, 1979) is an American musician, singer-songwriter, and record producer, best known as the guitarist and vocalist of The Black Keys, a blues rock band from Akron, Ohio. As a member of the group, Auerbach has recorded and co-produced twelve studio albums with his bandmate Patrick Carney. Auerbach has also released two solo albums, ''Keep It Hid'' (2009) and '' Waiting on a Song'' (2017), and formed a side project, the Arcs, which released the albums '' Yours, Dreamily,'' (2015) and ''Electrophonic Chronic'' (2023). Auerbach owns the Easy Eye Sound recording studio in Nashville, Tennessee, as well as a record label of the same name. Guns'N'Roses
Guns N' Roses is an American hard rock band formed in Los Angeles, California in 1985 as a merger of local bands L.A. Guns and Hollywood Rose.
