''The Testament of Ann Lee'' is an upcoming historical drama musical film co-written and directed by Mona Fastvold. It stars Amanda Seyfried as Ann Lee, the founding leader of the Shakers religious sect in the 18th century. Mona Fastvold
Mona Fastvold (born 7 March 1981) is a Norwegian filmmaker and actress. She is best known for directing the drama films '' The Sleepwalker'' (2014) and ''The World to Come'' (2020) and for co-writing ''The Brutalist'' (2024). Early life Mona Fastvold was born in Oslo on 7 March 1981. Career Fastvold had a minor role in ''The Other Woman'' (2009).
