The Swinging Confessors
''The Swinging Confessors'' ( it, Il prete sposato), also known as ''Intimacy'' and ''The Married Priest'', is a 1970 Italian comedy film written and directed by Marco Vicario. Plot A young Sicilian priest who moved to Rome comes into contact with the upper class and receives constant sexual solicitations. He then falls in love with a prostitute and asks his superiors for permission to marry her while remaining a priest. But she understands that for him the priestly mission is everything and decides to leave him alone. Marco Vicario
Marco Vicario (20 September 1925 – 10 September 2020) was an Italian film actor, screenwriter, film producer and director. He appeared in 23 films between 1950 and 1958. He also wrote for 13 films, produced 12 and directed a further 11. He was born in Rome, Italy in September 1925. Vicario died in September 2020 at the age of 94. Enrico Maria Salerno
Enrico Maria Salerno (September 18, 1926 – February 28, 1994) was an Italian actor, voice actor and film director. He was also the voice of Clint Eastwood in the Italian version of Sergio Leone's Dollars Trilogy films, and the voice of Christ in '' The Gospel According to St. Matthew'' directed by Pier Paolo Pasolini. " sex comedy Italian style"), also known as commedia scollacciata or commedia erotica all'italiana, is a subgenre of Italian ''commedia all'italiana'' film genre. Ely Galleani (born 24 April 1953), sometimes credited as Justine Gall and Ely Gall, is a retired Italian film actress. Born in Alassio as Federica Elisabetta De Galleani, daughter of an Italian count and of a Polish woman of Lithuanian origin, Galleani made her film debut in 1970 with a small role in ''Quella piccola differenza'' by Duccio Tessari, then appeared in a number of films with roles of more weight. Drug problems and a decline in Italian film production forced her to retire from acting in 1978. She moved on to a career as an accountant.
