The Official MENA Chart
The Official MENA Chart () is an International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI) sanctioned Record Chart, music chart covering Middle East and North Africa, Middle Eastern and Northern Africa (MENA) countries. Background The chart was announced by IFPI on November 29, 2022. It includes data from 13 countries: Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, and the United Arab Emirates. The data is collected by the Spanish BMAT Music Company and is released every Tuesday. Four more charts were launched in October 2023, tracking the national song performance in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Egypt. A second regional chart was introduced for North Africa. The International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI) is the organisation that represents the interests of the recording industry worldwide. It is a non-profit members' organisation registered in Switzerland and founded in Italy in 1933 by Francesco Braga. It operates a secretariat based in London, with regional offices in Brussels, Hong Kong, Miami, Abu Dhabi, Singapore and Nairobi. Function IFPI's mission is to promote the value of recorded music, campaign for record producer rights, and expand the commercial uses of recorded music. "Die with a Smile" is a song by American singer-songwriters Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars. It was released on August 16, 2024, through Interscope Records and was later included on Gaga's album '' Mayhem'' (2025) as the closing track.
