The Next Big Thing is the debut and first Extended play, EP by South Korean singer Roh Ji-hoon. The EP was released on November 7, 2012 on iTunes and also in stores by Cube Entertainment and distributed by LOEN Entertainment. Background On October 29, 2012, Cube Entertainment announced that “No Ji Hoon will be releasing his first mini album ‘The Next Big Thing‘ and will be raising the curtains for his promotions as a solo dance singer with his title track ‘Being Punished’“. Roh Ji-hoon
Roh Ji-hoon (; Hanja: 盧志勳; born July 12, 1990), also spelled Noh Ji-hoon, is a South Korean idol pop singer and dancer signed under Cube Entertainment until 2017, and former contestant of MBC's ''Birth of a Great Star''. He released his first and debut mini album '' The Next Big Thing'' on November 7, 2012. Career Pre-debut Roh Ji-hoon was born on July 12, 1990 in Incheon, South Korea, he is the younger sibling in his family and has two older sisters, and he graduated from Seoul Physical Education High school. Roh made it into the top 8 in "Birth of a Great Star" but was eliminated and after his elimination he signed with Cube Entertainment in 2011 and had trained for a year and a half before his debut under Cube Entertainment. Before Roh Ji-hoon joined MBC's "Birth of a Great Star, he had trained and released an OST song for drama "Can Anyone Love" back in 2009 under UFO Entertainment. After School (band)
After School (Hangul: 애프터스쿨) is a South Korean girl group with an admissions and graduation concept formed by Pledis Entertainment. As of December 2019, After School only has one member under the label. According to the group's website however, Raina, Lizzy, E-Young and Kaeun are still members of the group. After School officially debuted in January 2009 with the song "AH!" from the single album '' New Schoolgirl''. Following the addition of Uee in April of that year, they released "Diva", which won the "Rookie of the Month" award at the Cyworld Digital Music Awards. Pledis Entertainment then announced the graduation of Soyoung before adding Raina and Nana for the release of " Because of You", which topped the monthly digital chart for December 2009. Kim Hyun-ah (born June 6, 1992), better known by the mononym Hyuna (stylized HyunA), is a South Korean singer-songwriter, rapper and model. She debuted as a member of the girl group Wonder Girls in February 2007.
