"The Frog Prince" is a song performed and composed by English alternative rock band Keane, released as the closing track on their second album, ''Under the Iron Sea''. The song was composed in 2004 and first mentioned by Tim Rice-Oxley on the Strangers DVD. A demo version also features Rice-Oxley singing on the lead vocals. Meaning Rice-Oxley explains the song on the band's 6th podcast: It has been suggested that the person described above is Razorlight's frontman, Johnny Borrell. Razorlight
Razorlight are an English indie rock band, formed in 2002 in London by lead singer and guitarist Johnny Borrell. Along with Borrell, the current line-up of the band is composed of founding members Björn Ågren on guitar and bassist Carl Delemo, as well as drummer Andy Burrows. This lineup is a reunion of the lineup from the band's second and third albums. The band have gone through several line-up changes, with Borrell remaining the sole permanent member. "This Is the Last Time" is a song performed and composed by British rock band Keane, released on 22 November 2004 as the fourth commercial single from their debut album, ''Hopes and Fears'' (2004). It was first released with Fierce Panda Records on 13 October 2003 and later in 2004 as a different version with Island Records. It was released as track two of the international version, but track nine on the British version. The single reached number 18 on the UK chart in November 2004. Fierce Panda single The Fierce Panda version was the first Keane record released outside the UK and one of the few singles available in the United States. The single sold around 4,000 copies and is stated to have charted at number 58; however, this was ineligible for the chart due to the hyperlink the record contained. Oasis were an English Rock music, rock band formed in Manchester in 1991. Johnny Borrell
Jonathan Edward Borrell (born 4 April 1980) is an English guitarist and singer, currently the frontman of the rock band Razorlight. Early life and career Borrell was born in Sutton, London. His father, New Zealand-born John Borrell, was a war correspondent; his mother was a primary school teacher in Tottenham. His parents divorced when he was young. Borrell lived at Highgate, where he attended Highgate School. He moved to Camden School for Girls for sixth form. Borrell was involved in music and the Camden scene while still at school. At 17 he played bass guitar in a band called Violet alongside Paul Rose, aka dubstep pioneer Scuba, who regularly played gigs on the Camden circuit.
