''The Forever Story'' is the third studio album by American rapper JID. It was released on August 26, 2022, through Dreamville Records, Dreamville and Interscope Records. Recorded over a two-year period, the album features introspective lyricism showcasing JID's upbringing. The album incorporates Rhythm and blues, R&B, alternative hip hop, and Trap music, trap.
