The site was co-founded by Ben Domenech and Sean Davis and launched in September 2013. During the COVID-19 pandemic, ''The Federalist'' published many pieces that contained false information, pseudoscience, and contradictions or misrepresentations of the recommendations of public health authorities. Benjamin Domenech (born January 1, 1982) is the editor at large of ''The Spectator World''. He is also a television commentator, radio host, and publisher of ''The Transom'', a daily subscription newsletter for political insiders. In 2013, he co-founded ''The Federalist,'' where he served as publisher and hosted ''The Federalist Radio Hour.'' He earlier had been a co-founder the RedState group blog. Neil deGrasse Tyson ( or ; born October 5, 1958) is an American astrophysics, astrophysicist, author, and science communication, science communicator. Tyson studied at Harvard University, the University of Texas at Austin, and Columbia University. The Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) is a $953-billion business loan program established by the United States federal government during the First presidency of Donald Trump, Trump administration in 2020 through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) to help certain businesses, self-employed workers, sole proprietors, certain nonprofit organizations, and tribal businesses continue paying their workers.
