Kirsten Tibballs is an Australian pastry chef and chocolatier. In 2004, Tibballs represented Australia at the World Pastry Team Championships in Las Vegas, USA, winning 1st in the Individual Chocolates category, and won Gold medal in the Live Patisserie Competition at the Pastry Olympics in Germany. Leongatha () is a town in the foothills of the Strzelecki Ranges, South Gippsland Shire, Victoria (Australia), Victoria, Australia, located south-east of Melbourne. Justine Schofield (born 29 October 1985) is an Australian cook, author and television presenter. Early life Schofield was born on 29 October 1985 in Sydney to an Australian father and a French mother. She has an elder brother. When her mother came to Australia, she opened a restaurant in Bowral.
