''Thagaraaru'' () is a 2013 Indian Tamil language, Tamil action film, action Mystery film, mystery drama film written and directed by newcomer Ganesh Vinaayac and produced by Cloud Nine Movies. The film stars Arulnithi and Shamna Kasim, Poorna in the lead roles while Jayaprakash (actor), Jayaprakash, Pawan (actor), Pawan, Sulile Kumar, and Aadukalam Murugadoss appear in supporting roles. Pawan is an Indian actor who has appeared in Tamil, Malayalam and Telugu films. He made his debut in ''Raasi (film), Raasi'', supporting role in ''Thimiru'', before playing leading roles in ''Sengathu Bhoomiyilae'' and ''Thagaraaru''. Career Pawan ventured into Tamil films by playing Kishore (actor, born 1974), Out in Vetrimaaran's ''Polladhavan (2007 film), Polladhavan''. Arulnithi Tamilarasu (born 21 July 1987) is an Indian actor who predominantly works in Tamil language, Tamil films. Personal life Arulnithi's grandfather is M. Karunanidhi, former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu. His father is M. K. Tamilarasu, brother of M. K. Stalin, Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu. His cousins include noted producers, Udhayanidhi Stalin and Dhayanidhi Alagiri. Aadukalam Murugadoss is an Indian actor who has appeared in Tamil language films.
