Tevin Campbell (album)
''Tevin Campbell'' is the fourth studio album by the American R&B singer Tevin Campbell. It was released by Qwest Records and Warner Bros. on February 23, 1999. The album features production from Stevie J, Wyclef Jean, and others. Campbell released three singles, having only one of them chart on the US ''Billboard'' Hot 100, " Another Way". The other two singles are "Losing All Control" and "For Your Love", both with minor showings on the R&B charts. As of 2025, it remains Campbell's latest studio album. Critical reception AllMusic editor Tim Sheridan wrote: "Dig the slow jams: This young R&B singer kicks out some easy beats and infectious hooks with the help from the likes of Wyclef Jean, Quincy Jones, and Stevie J ..Granted, some of the material doesn't rise above the standard vocal grandstanding, but there are signs of great things to come." Tevin Campbell
Tevin Jermod Campbell (born November 12, 1976) is an American singer, songwriter and musician. He performed gospel in his local church from an early age. Following an audition for jazz musician Bobbi Humphrey in 1988, Campbell was signed to Warner Bros. Records. In 1989, Campbell collaborated with Quincy Jones performing lead vocals for " Tomorrow" on Jones' album '' Back on the Block'' and released his Platinum-selling debut album, '' T.E.V.I.N.'' The album included his highest-charting single to date, " Tell Me What You Want Me to Do", peaking at number 6 on the ''Billboard'' Hot 100. Audiotape is magnetic tape used for storing audio. Information stored can be in the form of either an analog or digital signal. Audiotape can be used in various tape recorders including machines for reel-to-reel audio tape recording on open reels or they can be enclosed in cases that only have one reel (tape cartridge) or two reels (cassette tape). History The use of magnetic tape for sound recording can be traced back to 1924 when German engineer, Kurt Stille, developed a dictation machine that used steel wires called the Poulsen wire recorder. Louis Blattner, a German engineer working in Britain, licensed Stille's technology the following year and started work on a machine that would be able to record on a magnetic steel tape. David Foster
David Walter Foster (born November 1, 1949) is a Canadian record producer, composer, arranger, and musician. He has won 16 Grammy Awards from 47 nominations. His career began as a keyboardist for the pop group Skylark in the early 1970s before focusing largely on composing and production. Jerry "Wonda" Duplessis (born August 9, 1975) is a Haitian record producer and musician. His first major success came as the producer of the Fugees' 1996 album ''The Score''.
