Tetsuya (musician)
, formerly known as Tetsu, is a Japanese musician, singer-songwriter, and record producer, best known as bassist and bandleader of the rock band L'Arc-en-Ciel. Formed in 1991, they have sold over 40 million records, making them one of the best-selling music artists in Japan. Tetsuya also performs backing vocals in L'Arc-en-Ciel and has composed many of the band's songs, including " Link", " Ready Steady Go", " Finale", " Driver's High", " Stay Away", " Pieces" and " Good Luck My Way". In 2001, he started a solo career under the name Tetsu69. From 2005 to 2006, Tetsuya was a support member of Morrie's solo project Creature Creature. He formed a L'Arc-en-Ciel cover band named Like-an-Angel in 2023. "Good Luck My Way" is the thirty-eighth single, and first 20th L'Anniversary's single, by L'Arc-en-Ciel, released on June 29, 2011. It was used as the closing theme song of '' Fullmetal Alchemist: The Sacred Star of Milos''. Released in three different editions; a standard, a limited, which came with a DVD of "Good Luck My Way" music clip compilation, and a "''Fullmetal Alchemist is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Hiromu Arakawa. The Oricon Albums Chart is the Japanese music industry standard albums popularity chart issued daily, weekly, monthly and yearly by Oricon. Oricon originally published LP, CT, Cartridge and CD charts prior to the establishment of the Oricon Albums Chart on October 5, 1987. The Oricon Albums Chart's rankings are based on physical albums' sales. A Digital Albums Chart based on download sales was established on November 19, 2016. On December 24, 2018, Oricon introduced a Combined Albums Chart based on album-equivalent units. It counts physical sales, digital sales and streaming. Charts are published every Tuesday in Oricon Style and on Oricon's official website. Every Monday, Oricon receives data from outlets, but data on merchandise sold through certain channels does not make it into the charts. Danger Crue Records is a Japanese visual kei independent record label located in Tokyo, Japan. It was originally the record label of the Danger Crue music office, both founded in 1981. According to D'erlanger drummer Tetsu, Danger Crue was formed for the heavy metal band 44Magnum. The first release by Danger Crue was the album ''Insane'' by Reaction in July 1985. In April 2000, the office changed its name to the Maverick D.C. Group but continues to run the Danger Crue Records label. In 2002, Maverick D.C. held a concert to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Danger Crue. ''Dune'' is the debut album by Japanese rock band L'Arc-en-Ciel. It was released by the independent label Danger Crue Records, first in a limited edition on April 10, 1993, and followed by a regular edition on April 27, which contained an additional tenth track. The regular edition reached number 1 on the Oricon indies chart on May 10. A 10th anniversary edition of ''Dune'' was released on April 21, 2004. It was remastered and contains three bonus tracks. It debuted at number 5 on the Oricon Albums Chart. Overview A recording of "Floods of Tears" was previously released as a single on November 25, 1992. The version of the song included on the album is different and does not feature original drummer Pero. , known by his stage name Sakura, is a Japanese musician. He is best known as former drummer of the rock band L'Arc-en-Ciel from 1993 to 1997. After leaving them he formed the supergroup Zigzo, the trio Sons of All Pussys, and his solo project Lion Heads. Currently Sakura performs with the bands Rayflower, the reformed Zigzo, The Madcap Laughs, and Gibkiy Gibkiy Gibkiy. Life and career Sakura was born in Nerima, Tokyo, the youngest of three children.
