Tessellis S.p.A. (formerly Tiscali S.p.A.) is an Italian telecommunications company founded in 1998 and based in Cagliari, Sardinia, that provides Internet and telecommunications services in Italy, and, previously had operations in other European nations through its acquisition of many smaller European Internet Service Providers (ISPs) in the late 1990s. Since 2022, following the Tiscali- Linkem merger, the company has acquired full control of the retail services previously provided by Linkem (now OpNet), including the brand. Franco Bernabè (born 18 September 1948) is an Italian banker and manager, formerly the chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Telecom Italia, appointed on 3 December 2007. Biography Bernabè was born at Vipiteno/Sterzing (Italy). He graduated in 1973 from the University of Turin and worked as a post-graduate fellow in economics at the Einaudi Foundation from 1973 to 1975. Tiscali (village)
Tiscali Village is an archaeological site situated in Sardinia, in the comune of Dorgali. It is situated within a large cave in Monte Tiscali. It consists of the remains of a number of round dwellings dating from the first millennium BC.
