Terje Moe (architect)
Terje Moe (4 November 1933 – 24 July 2009) was a Norwegian architect. He was born in Oslo. He graduated from the Norwegian Institute of Technology in 1959, and worked as a teacher there from 1959 to 1966. He then worked at the Oslo School of Architecture and Design from 1966 to 1970, ran his own architect's office from 1970 to 1976 before returning to the School of Architecture and Design as an associate professor Associate professor is an academic title with two principal meanings: in the North American system and that of the ''Commonwealth system''. Oslo
Oslo ( or ; ) is the capital and most populous city of Norway. It constitutes both a county and a municipality. The Norwegian Institute of Technology ( Norwegian: ''Norges tekniske høgskole'', NTH) was a science institute in Trondheim, Norway. It was established in 1910, and existed as an independent technical university for 58 years, after which it was merged into the University of Trondheim as an independent college. In 1996 NTH ceased to exist as an organizational superstructure when the university was restructured and rebranded. The former NTH departments are now basic building blocks of the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). NTH was primarily a polytechnic institute, educating master level engineers as well as architects. In 1992 NTH had 7627 master and doctoral students and 1591 employees; it graduated 1262 chartered engineers (master level), 52 chartered architects, and 92 Dr.Ing. (PhD).
