Terje Haugland
Terje Haugland (born 11 April 1944) is a former Norwegian long jumper. He was a nephew of Jens Edv. Haugland, son of Eugen Haugland and father of Hanne Haugland. He finished eleventh at the 1969 European Championships, thirteenth at the 1970 European Indoor Championships and thirteenth at the 1971 European Championships. He never competed at the Summer Olympics. He became Norwegian champion in long jump in 1969 and 1971. He represented Haugesund IL and IK Tjalve. His personal best jump was 7.87 metres, achieved in July 1970 at Bislett stadion. Thomas Mellin-Olsen (born 8 November 1977) is a Norwegian long jumper. He represents IL Gular. He finished twelfth in the long jump final at the 2002 European Championships with a jump of 7.57 metres. He also competed at the 1998 European Championships for the 4 x 100 metres relay team that did not progress to the final heat. He never competed at the Summer Olympics. Finn Bendixen (born 27 June 1949) is a Norwegian long jumper. He represented Lillesand IL and IF Kamp-Vestheim. Representing the UCLA Bruins track and field team, Bendixen won the 1973 NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the long jump. Kristen Fløgstad (born 11 April 1947) is a former Norwegian athlete from Søgne in Vest-Agder. He represented Kristiansands IF. He won the national championships in triple jump ten times (1968, 1970–71, 1973–76, 1979–80 and 1982) and in long jump six times (1967–68, 1973 and 1975–77), being awarded the King's Cup (''kongepokal'') once. Bislett Stadion
Bislett Stadium () is a sports stadium in Oslo, Norway. Bislett is Norway's most well known sports arena internationally, with 15 speed skating world records and more than 50 track and field world records having been set here. The original stadium was demolished in 2004 and construction of a new stadium was completed by the summer of 2005. The New Bislett Stadium was designed by C.F. Møller Architects. History Bislett Stadium lies on the site of a 19th-century brick works, which was bought by the Municipality of Kristiania (Oslo) in 1898, and turned into a sports field in 1908. The merchant, speed skater, gymnast and sports organizer Martinus Lørdahl was instrumental in facilitating the construction of the first bleachers, begun in 1917 and completed in 1922 along with the new club house.
