Teodora Injac (; born 6 May 2000) is a Serbian chess player. She was awarded the title of Woman Grandmaster in 2021. Chess career She won the Women's Serbian Chess Championship in 2018, 2019 and 2020. She represented Serbia in the 43rd Chess Olympiad, 2018 Chess Olympiad. She qualified for the Women's Chess World Cup 2021 where, seeded 63rd, she defeated Dina Belenkaya 2-0 in the first round, before being defeated by 2nd-seed Kateryna Lagno 1.5-0.5 in the second round. Woman Grandmaster
FIDE titles are awarded by the international chess governing body FIDE (''Fédération Internationale des Échecs'') for outstanding performance. The highest such title is Grandmaster (GM). The Serbian Chess Championship is held by the Serbian Chess Association. The first championships were played in 1935 and until 1991 they were the Yugoslav Chess Championship. Women's Chess World Cup 2021
The Women's Chess World Cup 2021 was a 103-player single-elimination chess tournament that took place in Sochi, Russia, from 12 July to 3 August 2021. It was the inaugural edition of a women's-only version of the FIDE World Cup. The tournament was held in parallel with the Chess World Cup 2021, an open tournament. The tournament formed part of the qualification for the Women's World Chess Championship 2022. The top three finishers, other than Women's World Chess Champion Ju Wenjun and players who have otherwise qualified, qualified for the Women's Candidates Tournament 2022. Format The format is a 7-round knockout event. 78 women play one another in the first round. Dina Vadimovna Belenkaya (Russian: Дина Вадимовна Беленькая; born 22 December 1993) is a Russian-Israeli chess player, commentator, Twitch (service), Twitch streamer, and YouTuber who holds the title of Woman Grandmaster (WGM). She is a four-time Saint Petersburg, St. Petersburg women's champion, and has represented St. Petersburg at the Russian Women's Team Championship and the European Chess Club Cup for Women. She has a peak FIDE rating of 2364. Belenkaya was taught how to play chess at age three by her mother, a local children's chess coach. Ekaterina Aleksandrovna Lagno (russian: Екатерина Александровна Лагно, ; born 27 December 1989) is a Russian (formerly Ukrainian) chess grandmaster. A chess prodigy, she earned the title Woman Grandmaster (WGM) at the age of 12 years, four months and two days. In 2007, she was awarded the grandmaster title. She is a twice European Women's Champion and won two team gold medals at the Women's Chess Olympiad, in 2006 and 2014, playing for Ukraine and Russia respectively. She also won team gold at the Women's World Team Championship in 2013 playing for the Ukrainian team and in 2017,2021 playing for Russian team.
