State Route 76 (SR 76) is a state highway in Tennessee, traversing the state in a northeast-southwest axis from east of Memphis to north of Nashville. SR 76 is unique in that it actually changes its cardinal directions (from North-South to East-West) in Clarksville at the junction with US 41A and US 41A Bypass. Route description Fayette County SR 76 begins as a primary highway in Fayette County in Moscow at a junction with SR 57, its southern terminus. The highway goes north as a 2-lane highway through countryside and wooded areas to the community of Williston and has a junction with SR 193. It then turns slight northeast before turning north again at the junction with SR 195 just south of Somerville. State Route 195 (SR 195) is a 7.6-mile long east–west state highway in Fayette County, Tennessee. It connects Macon with Somerville, as well as providing access to Fayette County Airport. Route description SR 195 begins just east of Macon at a Y-intersection with SR 193. It heads northeast through farmland and wooded areas to have an intersection with Teague Store Road before passing by Wesley Church. The highway then turns east to have an intersection with Airport Road, the access road into Fayette County Airport. SR 195 then turns northeast again through more wooded areas to cross a bridge over a creek before it enters Somerville, where it passes through some neighborhoods before coming to an end at a Y-intersection with SR 76 just south of downtown. State Route 193 (SR 193) is a two-lane state route in West Tennessee. It runs from SR 205 in Fisherville, through the community of Macon and ends at SR 76 in Williston. In Shelby County, the highway is known as Macon Road. Route description SR 193 begins in Shelby County in Fisherville at an intersection with SR 205. It goes east to an interchange with I-269 (exit 11) before leaving Fisherville and crossing into Fayette County. SR 193 continues east to an intersection with SR 196 before passing through rural and mostly wooded areas. It then passes through Macon, where it has a short concurrency with SR 194, before passing through farmland and crossing a Y-intersection with SR 195. State Route 57 (SR 57) is an east–west highway that runs from Memphis, Tennessee, Memphis to the Mississippi state line near Pickwick Dam and Pickwick Landing State Park.
