State Route 130 (SR 130) is 51.3-mile long east–west state highway in Middle Tennessee. Route description SR 130 begins Marshall County in Petersburg at an intersection with US 431/ SR 50/ SR 129. SR 130 goes east into downtown, concurrent with SR 129, along Railroad Street to an intersection with N High Street along the Lincoln County line, where SR 130 splits off from heads north, in Marshall County. It leaves Petersburg and continues north through farmland and rural areas to cross into Bedford County. The highway then curves to the northeast and becomes concurrent with SR 64 just prior to entering Shelbyville. Petersburg, Tennessee
Petersburg is a town in Lincoln and Marshall counties in the U.S. state of Tennessee. The population was 580 at the 2000 census and 544 at the 2010 census. It used to be the location of Morgan school before consolidation Geography Petersburg is located at (35.318501, -86.637456). Tims Ford State Park, also known as Tims Ford State Rustic Park, is a state park in Franklin County, in the U.S. state of Tennessee. The state park is situated on the north shore of Tims Ford Lake near the north escarpment of the Cumberland Plateau, about ten miles from the city of Winchester. Tims Ford Lake is a reservoir run by the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) in southern middle Tennessee. The lake encompasses 10,700 acres (16.7 square miles) and approximately 250 miles of shoreline. The Tims Ford Dam was named from an early ford crossing the Elk River near Winchester. The ford was on or near land owned by Abner Mansfield Tims, an early Franklin County settler. The ford was used until about 1885 when the Tims Ford Bridge was constructed across the river. It was created as an access road to Tims Ford Lake, which it crosses twice, and Tims Ford State Park. The route is located entirely in Franklin County, Tennessee. It goes northwest as Mansford Road through farmland before crossing its first bridge over the Elk River/Tims Ford Lake.
