Tenaliraman (film)
''Tenaliraman'' (previously titled ''Jagajala Pujabala Tenaliraman'') is a 2014 Indian Tamil-language Historical fiction, historical comedy film directed by Yuvaraj Dhayalan. Vadivelu stars in this film in dual roles. Meenakshi Dixit plays the pivotal role in the film. The film released to average reviews. Plot Tenaliraman (Vadivelu) is an intelligent guy and a rebel leader who is fighting a battle against Maamannar Krishnadevarayar (Vadivelu) the King who has no time for his people and is controlled by his corrupt ministers. The king with 36 wives and 52 children believes his nine ministers are Navarathnams (nine jewels) of his court. Soon Tenaliraman is able to infiltrate into the court as he is able to charm the king with his all-round talents including singing, dancing, sharp wit and amazing sense of humor. Yuvaraj Dhayalan
Yuvaraj Baiju Dhayalan is an Indian film director and screenwriter who works in Tamil cinema. Career Dhayalan hails from Chengalpattu. He joined as an assistant director to director M. Raja for his Tamil ''Santosh Subramaniam''. He had also assisted Chimbu Deven in his film ''Irumbukkottai Murattu Singam''. Dhayalan made his directorial debut with the cricket comedy film ''Potta Potti'' (2012), starring Sadagoppan Ramesh. It received positive reviews. Krishnamoorthy (actor)
Krishnamoorthy (1963/1964 – 7 October 2019) was a comedian in the Tamil film industry in India. Career Krishnamoorthy moved from his home town Tiruvannamalai to Madras (now Chennai) in 1983, hoping to become an actor in films. Despite being initially unsuccessful, he joined the crew of the film '' Kuzhandhai Yesu'' (1984) as an office boy, and by the end of production, he was assigned the role of production manager. Vasu, popularly known as Halwa Vasu, (died 17 August 2017) was a comedian in the Tamil film industry in India. He worked in around 900 films.
