Telasco José Segovia Pérez (born 2 April 2003) is a Venezuelan professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Primeira Liga club Casa Pia and the Venezuela national team. Club career Segovia made his professional debut with Deportivo Lara in a 3–1 Venezuelan Primera División loss to Carabobo on 8 September 2019. On 9 March 2021, he debuted in Copa Libertadores in a 2–1 loss to Santos. On 10 August 2022, Segovia joined Sampdoria in Italy on loan with an option to buy. Segovia signed a four-year contract with the club in case the option was exercised. At the end of the 2022–23 season, Sampdoria got relegated to the Serie B, blocking Segovia's permanent move to the club. However, his parent club Deportivo Lara was unable to enter any competition for the 2023 season due to administrative reasons, leaving Segovia without a club. Barquisimeto
Barquisimeto (; guc, Watkisimeeta) is a city in Venezuela. It is the capital of the state of Lara and head of Iribarren Municipality. It is an important urban, industrial, commercial and transportation center of the country, recognized as the fourth-largest city by population and area in Venezuela after Caracas, Maracaibo and Valencia. History Barquisimeto was founded in 1552 by Juan de Villegas, as a headquarters and to have better control of the territory believed to be rich in gold. The Bolivia national football team ( es, Selección de fútbol de Bolivia), also known as ''La Verde'', has represented Bolivia in international football since 1926. Organized by the Bolivian Football Federation (FBF), it is one of the ten members of FIFA's South American Football Confederation ( CONMEBOL). After playing in the 1930 and 1950 World Cups, they have qualified just once, in 1994, where they were eliminated in the group stage.
