Ted (franchise)
''Ted'' (stylized as ''ted'') is an American Fantasy film, fantasy Comedy film, comedy Media franchise, media franchise created by Seth MacFarlane. The plot centers around the titular teddy bear that magically comes to life, after the child he was gifted to wishes for it on a shooting star. Together, the pair form a friendship that lasts into their adulthood. The films star Seth MacFarlane and Mark Wahlberg as the two best friends, Ted and John Bennett, respectively, while the television series stars MacFarlane (reprising his role) with Max Burkholder as a younger John, alongside an ensemble cast of the wider Bennett family. The Ted (film), first film was met with generally positive critical reception, and was deemed a box office success based on a smaller production budget. Seth Woodbury MacFarlane (; born October 26, 1973) is an American actor, animator, writer, producer, director, comedian, and singer. He is best known as the creator and star of the television series ''Family Guy'' (since 1999) and ''The Orville'' (2017–2022), and co-creator of the television series ''American Dad!'' (since 2005) and ''The Cleveland Show'' (2009–2013). Henry Wellesley Wild (born April 27, 1972) is an American screenwriter, producer, and voice actor. He is best known for writing and producing several episodes of the animated series ''Family Guy'' and for being the developer of the 2020 revival of ''Animaniacs''. He was a former executive producer and an occasional voice actor for the former. Wild attended Westminster School, a Founders League prep school located in Simsbury, Connecticut. Teddy Bear
A teddy bear, or simply a teddy, is a stuffed toy in the form of a bear. The teddy bear was named by Morris Michtom after the 26th president of the United States, Theodore Roosevelt; it was developed apparently simultaneously in the first decade of the 20th century by two toymakers: Richard Steiff in Germany and Michtom in the United States. It became a popular children's toy, and it has been celebrated in story, song, and film. Danganronpa
is a Japanese video game franchise created by Kazutaka Kodaka and developed and owned by Spike Chunsoft (formerly Spike). The series primarily surrounds various groups of apparent high-school students who are forced into murdering each other by a robotic teddy bear named Monokuma. The gameplay features a mix of adventure, visual novel, detective and dating simulator elements. The first game, '' Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc'', was released for the PlayStation Portable in 2010. The original scenario was written by Kodaka, who aimed to create a twisted adventure game. The original concept was rejected for being too gruesome, but it was later approved after retooling. The series has morphed into a franchise that includes manga, anime, and novels. A short film is a film with a low running time.
