Taylor Reimer (born December 2, 1999) is an American racing driver. A member of the Toyota Racing Development program, she currently competes part-time in the ARCA Menards Series, driving the No. 70 Toyota Camry for Nitro Motorsports, and the No. TBA Toyota for Venturini Motorsports. She also competes part-time in the NASCAR Regional Series Limited Late Models, driving the No. 25K BuzzBallz Toyota Camry for Lee Faulk Racing & Development. Racing career Early racing career Reimer started racing 50cc go-karts in 2005 at Tulsa Kart Club in Tulsa, Oklahoma. After earning a track championship, she moved to Jr. Sprints at Port City Raceway. Taylor had won every major race at Port City and secured another track championship. She placed 2nd in the Tulsa Shootout in 2011. Stock car races in the ARCA Menards Series has been held at Daytona International Speedway as part of Speedweeks since 1964. The race, formally known as Daytona ARCA 200, is currently known for sponsorship reasons as the Chili's Grill & Bar, Chili's Ride the 'Dente 200. History In 1990, the race is mostly remembered of a series of accidents, including 1970 winner and 1976 Daytona 500 polesitter Ramo Stott rolling over in the middle of the track and causing a 10 car pile-up. Hickory Motor Speedway
Hickory Motor Speedway is a short track located in Hickory, North Carolina. It is one of stock car racing's most storied venues, and is often referred to as the "World's Most Famous Short Track" and the "Birthplace of the NASCAR Stars". The track first opened in 1951 as a dirt track. Gwyn Staley won the first race at the speedway and later became the first track champion. Drivers such as Junior Johnson, Ned Jarrett, and Ralph Earnhardt also became track champions in the 1950s, with Earnhardt winning five of them.
