Tartu FC Merkuur
Tartu FC Merkuur is an Estonian amateur football club founded in 2013 and located in Tartu. The club currently plays in the II Liiga, the fourth tier of Estonian football. Their home ground since their formation has been Kambja Stadium. History Merkuur began playing in the Estonian football league system in 2013 season. Merkuur's debut in IV Liiga was a success, they earned promotion on the first attempt. In 2015, they were promoted again to the II Liiga II liiga is the fourth level of football league competition in Estonia arranged by the Estonian Football Association. Kambja Stadium
Kambja () is a small borough () in Tartu County, Estonia. It is the administrative centre of Kambja Parish. Earlier there was located Vastse-Kambja manor (''Neu-Kamby''). St. Martin's Church Kambja Church burned down several times, but was always rebuilt. The first mention of Kambja and the church at its present location dates to as early as 1330. After the first fire in 1558, it took 84 years to rebuild the church. Again was it destroyed in 1704 during the Great Northern War. Renovation were finished in 1721 and those walls are the basis for the present building. In 1874 an extension was built; there were ten thousand members in the parish around that time. In 1937 a new northern tower with staircases was built. During World War II, on 19 August 1944, the church was bombed by the invading Russian troops. Jõhvi ( ; ; ) is a town in northeastern Estonia, and the administrative seat of Ida-Viru County and Jõhvi Parish. The town is located about 50 km west of the Estonia–Russia international border. History Jõhvi was first mentioned as a village in 1241 in Liber Census Daniae when it was ruled by Denmark. Historical names of Jõhvi were ''Gewi'' and ''Jewe''. In the 13th century a church was built there, and Jõhvi became the centre of the local church parish. 2016-17 Estonian Cup
16-17 is a band from Basel, Switzerland. Their music combines punk rock, hardcore punk, jazz and industrial music. Biography 16-17 was founded in 1983 by Alex Buess, Knut Remond and Markus Kneubühler. When the group played its first concerts in 1983 it was received with controversial reactions: there were hardly any groups that played in an approximately similar style. Only some years later around 1986 groups like Painkiller, Last Exit or The Flying Luttenbachers appeared . They played a similar mix of rough noise, heavily amplified instruments and free jazz inspired improvisation. 1983 to 1994 the group did a lot of tours and played many gigs all over Europe, Japan and USA. Tartu Jalgpallikool Tammeka, commonly known as Tartu Tammeka or simply Tammeka, is an Estonian professional football club based in Tartu that competes in Meistriliiga, the top flight of Estonian football. The club's home ground is Tamme Stadium. Founded in 1989, Tammeka are the biggest football club in southern Estonia with over 700 members. The club has played in the Meistriliiga since the 2005 season and have never been relegated from the Estonian top division.
