Taron Egerton
Taron Egerton ( ; born 10 November 1989) is a Welsh actor. He is the recipient of a Golden Globe Award, and has received nominations for a Grammy Award and two British Academy Film Awards. Born in Birkenhead, England, Egerton began acting at age 15 and graduated from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in 2012. He gained recognition for his starring role as spy recruit Gary "Eggsy" Unwin in the action comedy film '' Kingsman: The Secret Service'' (2014) and its sequel '' Kingsman: The Golden Circle'' (2017). He has also starred in several biographical films, portraying military officer Edward Brittain in the drama ''Testament of Youth'' (2014), the titular ski-jumper in the sports film '' Eddie the Eagle'' (2016), and singer Elton John in the musical '' Rocketman'' (2019), the lattermost of which earned him the Golden Globe Award for Best Actor – Motion Picture Musical or Comedy. Birkenhead
Birkenhead (; cy, Penbedw) is a town in the Metropolitan Borough of Wirral, Merseyside, England; Historic counties of England, historically, it was part of Cheshire until 1974. The Royal National Theatre in London, commonly known as the National Theatre (NT), is one of the United Kingdom's three most prominent publicly funded performing arts venues, alongside the Royal Shakespeare Company and the Royal Opera House.
