Tara Sasankam
''Tara Sasankam'' ( te, తారాశశాంకం) is a play written by Kopparapu Subba Rao. It has been performed about 1,500 times under his own direction. It was published in 1945 by Modern Publishers, Tenali. Subsequently, three editions were brought out. There was a lawsuit filed by the publishers on behalf of K. Satyanarayana of Ramakrishna pictures, the producers of the 1969 film. Plotknow the The story is based on the love affair between Tara, (wife of Brihaspati) and Sasank (Chandra). Tara, the wife of pious teacher Brihaspati successfully seduces his student Sasank. They had a child by their illicit union. This results in a dispute between the teacher and his student about the fatherhood of the boy. Haranath (actor)
Buddharaju Venkata Appala Haranath Raju (2 September 1936 – 1 November 1989), known mononymously as Haranath, was an Indian actor who worked in Telugu films. Early life career and death Haranath was born on 2 September 1936 in Raparthi near Pithapuram and Gollaprolu in East Godavari district. He had two younger brothers and a sister. Ghantasala Venkateswararao (4 December 1922 – 11 February 1974), known mononymously by his surname as Ghantasala, was an Indian playback singer and film composer known for his works predominantly in Telugu and Kannada cinema and also in Tamil, Malayalam, Tulu and Hindi language films. Indukuri Ramakrishnam Raju (31 August 1934 – 14 August 1994), populary known by his pen name Rajasri, was an Indian lyricist, screenwriter, film director, and music composer in Telugu cinema. He has worked on nearly 1000 films, a majority of them are dubbed films. He was popularly referred to as ''Anuvaada Brahma'' (). Gummadi Venkateswara Rao (9 July 1927 – 26 January 2010), known mononymously by his surname Gummadi, was an Indian actor and producer, who worked predominantly in Telugu cinema and a few Tamil films. Known as one of the finest method actors, Gummadi starred in around five hundred feature films.
