Tao Group Hospitality
Tao Group Hospitality is an American restaurant and nightlife conglomerate founded in 2009 and headquartered in New York City. The group, whose roots can be traced to as early as 2000, presently owns and operates restaurants, Nightclub, nightclubs, dayclubs, private event venues, and food delivery services under 44 brands. Tao can trace its roots to the partnerships of Jason Strauss and Noah Tepperberg's marketing firm Strategic Group, which also owned the Chelsea, Manhattan nightclub Marquee, with Marc Packer and Rich Wolf's Tao Asian Bistro, with who Strategic Group often hosted events. All four were partners in Tao's first location and nightclub outside of New York City, located at The Venetian Las Vegas, The Venetian in Las Vegas, which opened in 2005, incorporating as Tao Group Hospitality officially in 2009. Hakkasan is a Cantonese restaurant originating in London with 12 locations across the world. The restaurant was founded in 2001 by Alan Yau, who was also behind the Wagamama Japanese restaurants and later the Yauatcha restaurant, also in London. It serves modern Cantonese cuisine fused with Western upscale dining experience. Hakkasan, the former flagship brand of the Hakkasan Group, has branched into hospitality and entertainment, including opening a nightclub in Las Vegas. Maritime Hotel
The Maritime Hotel is a luxury boutique hotel located at 363 West 16th Street at Ninth Avenue in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City, close to the Meatpacking District. It has 121 rooms and 5 suites, all decorated in a nautical theme, in line with the building's maritime history, and the porthole-inspired facade. Building New Orleans–based architect Albert C.
