Saint Tanguy
Saint Tanguy of Locmazhé, or Sant Tangi in Breton, († 594) was a Breton monk from Gerber ( Le Relecq). He founded the abbaye de Saint Matthieu at Le Conquet and is buried at Locmazhé (Finistère). Tanguy Malmanche
Tanguy Malmanche (7 September 1875 – 20 March 1953) was a French writer involved in the revival of Breton culture. His first name also appears as Tangi. The son of Gustave Malmanche, a ship's purser based in Paris, and Marie Louise Piédalu, he was born Tanneguy Malmanche at Saint-Omer, where his mother's parents lived. He grew up in Brest, where he was exposed to Breton language and culture. His father's family had included several Brest mayors. Malmanche continued his studies at the Collège Stanislas de Paris. He studied law in Rennes and literature in Paris. Malmanche performed his military service in an infantry regiment at Brest. He worked with the railway, then in insurance, before establishing himself in Courbevoie as a master blacksmith. In 1912, he married Jeanne Briantais. He joined the army at Nantes in 1914, but later returned to Courbevoie to produce material for the army. In 1903, he started a Breton journal ''Spered ar vro''; only four issues were produced. ...

Tanguy Nef (born 19 November 1996) is a Swiss alpine skier. He is a member of Swiss Ski's A frame for the 2021-2022 season. Early life and career Tanguy Nef started skiing when he was 6 years old on the slopes of the Valais central in French-speaking Switzerland, following in the footsteps of his family members. Son of a Swiss ski teacher, he started competing in alpine ski racing in the cadet/mini category at the age of 7. In 2016, shortly after his first podiums in FIS slalom, he competed in his first European Cup events then took part in his first Junior World Championships. He then moved to the United States to study computer science at Dartmouth College where he completed a bachelor's degree. In 2017, he competed in the North American Cup (5 top10, including 3 top5) and participated in the FIS Alpine Junior World Ski Championships in Åre.
