Taner Ari
Taner Ari (born 29 May 1987) is an Austrian footballer of Turkish descent who plays for Batman Petrolspor as a defender. Football career After a brief youth spell in the country of his ancestors with Fenerbahçe SK, Ari returned to Austria and started his career with amateurs FC Blau-Weiß Linz, where he also had started his football formation. In the same level of football, he then played two years in Spain, with UD Norte and UD Fuerteventura. Ari's first taste of professional football came in 2007, when he played in the Austrian second division for SC Schwanenstadt. Staying in the country, he made his Bundesliga debuts with SC Wiener Neustadt; in early January 2010, however, he switched back to Turkey, signing for second level club Orduspor Orduspor was a Turkish football club founded in 1967. Erzincan
Erzincan (; ku, Erzîngan), historically Yerznka ( hy, Երզնկա), is the capital of Erzincan Province in Eastern Turkey. Nearby cities include Erzurum, Sivas, Tunceli, Bingöl, Elazığ, Malatya, Gümüşhane, Bayburt, and Giresun. The city is majority Sunni Turkish with a significant Alevi Kurdish minority. History Acilisene, the ancient city that is now Erzincan, was the site of the Peace of Acilisene by which in AD 387 Armenia was divided into two vassal states, a smaller one dependent on the Byzantine Empire and a larger one dependent on Persia. This is the name (Ἀκιλισηνή in Greek) by which it is called by Strabo in his ''Geography'', 11.4.14. TFF First League
The TFF 1. Lig, officially known as Spor Toto 1. Lig for sponsorship reasons, is the second level of the Turkish football league system. The league was founded in 2001 as the ''Turkish Second League Category A'' after the reorganization of the Second Football League, which was the second level of the Turkish league system between 1963 and 2001. The league was called ''Türk Telekom Lig A'' in the 2006–2007 season, and was renamed to ''TFF First League'' prior to the 2007–08 season. As of 16 January 2008 the league was renamed as Bank Asya 1. The Austrian Football Second League (german: 2. Liga) is the second-highest professional division in Austrian football. It was formerly called the First League (''Erste Liga''), from 2002 to 2018. The division currently contains 16 teams, and the champion of the league is promoted to the Austrian Bundesliga. The three last placed teams are directly relegated from the Second League into the regional leagues.
