Talli Osborne
Talli Osborne (born ) is a Canadian punk rock musician and public speaker. Osborne has shared the stage with the bands NOFX, Lagwagon, and Against Me! since becoming involved in the Toronto punk community. She was named spokesperson for the Punk Rock Museum in Las Vegas in 2022. Born without arms and some bones in her legs, she has given motivational talks centered on her life experiences and topics such as body positivity at speaking events in Canada and the United States. Steering is the control of the direction of motion or the components that enable its control. Steering is achieved through various arrangements, among them ailerons for airplanes, rudders for boats, cylic tilting of rotors for helicopters, and many more. CHML (900 AM) was a commercial radio station in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, owned by Corus Entertainment. The station's long-time slogan was "Hometown Radio". It went off the air on August 14, 2024 at 1 p.m., shortly after Corus announced that the station would be closing. Its power was 50,000 watts, the maximum for Canadian AM stations. A mobility scooter is an electric personal transporter used as mobility aid for people with physical impairment, mostly auxiliary to a powered wheelchair but configured like a motorscooter. When motorized they function as micromobility devices and are commonly referred to as a powered vehicle/scooter, or electric scooter. Non-motorized mobility scooters are less common, but are intended for the estimated 60% of wheelchair users who have at least some use of their legs. Whilst leg issues are commonly assumed to be the reason for using scooters, the vehicles are used by those with a wide range of conditions from spinal injuries to neurological disorders.
