Tai Chi (TVB)
''The Master of Tai Chi'' (Traditional Chinese: :zh:太極 (電視劇), 太極) is a Hong Kong martial arts television drama that aired on TVB Jade, Jade and HD Jade from 25 February to 28 March 2008. Produced by Tommy Leung and Raymond Chai, ''The Master of Tai Chi'' is a TVB production. The drama was filmed in early 2006, and is the station's first high-definition series that was ever produced. This is TVB's custom-made series for kung-fu icon Vincent Zhao. At the request of Zhao, the main character's name has been changed from 'Wen Zhiu' to 'Mo Ma'. Several cameras—either film cameras, film or professional video cameras—are employed on the set and simultaneously record or broadcast a scene. Lau Siu Ming (, born 13 October 1931) is a Hong Kong dancer and actor. He started his acting career in TVB. He starred in the movie "The Butterfly Murders" for the first time in 1979. Though he is best known for his roles in The Legend of the Condor Heroes, the 1990 martial arts movie Swordsman, A Chinese Ghost Story, A Chinese Ghost Story II, and A Chinese Ghost Story III.
