Tahu, Palpa
Tahoon is a village very development committee in Palpa District in the Lumbini Zone of southern Nepal. At the time of the 1991 Nepal census it had a population of 3776. Tahoon Village is 32 km east from the district headquarters Tansen and is linked by a 24' Black Top road motorable road which diverts from Aryabhanjyang in the Siddhartha Highway. The total distance to place from Aryabhanjyang is about 14 km. Tahoon is an attractive place having natural surroundings of mountains, forests and farmlands. One can view the panoramic beauty of Dhaulagiri, Annapurna and Machhapuchhare Mountains from this VDC. Hatti Lekh, Rambha forest, Bakumgadhi, Rimigha lekh, and Purba khola valley are other natural attractions within and around this VDC. Tahu Hole
Tahu Ronald Charles Pearce Hole CBE (29 March 1906 – 22 November 1985) was a New Zealand born journalist who was the BBC's television news editor during the period immediately following the Second World War. Early life and work Hole was born in Christchurch, New Zealand but was not, as might otherwise be inferred from his first name, of Māori descent. He trained as a journalist and worked for a number of newspapers in New Zealand and Australia, including ''The Sydney Morning Herald''. He was the ''Herald's'' news editor for a time and in 1937 travelled to the United Kingdom as its London correspondent. Hole was in London when Britain entered the Second World War and used the facilities of the BBC to send news of the conflict to Sydney. He later acted as a news commentator for the BBC and became a permanent member of staff in 1943. Tahu John Parke Matheson (born 1977) is an Australian classical pianist and conductor. He currently resides in London. Early life Tahu John Parke Matheson was born in London. He is a descendant of the Ngāi Tahu tribe of Te Wai Pounamu. While his early years were spent in Germany and New Zealand, he moved to Brisbane, Queensland, Australia in 1989 where he completed five years of secondary school education at Brisbane State High School. Career Piano Tahu began his piano studies at the age of five with his father, international conductor John Matheson. He has studied piano with Kalle Randalu in Germany, and with Oleg Stepanov and Natasha Vlassenko at the Queensland Conservatorium of Music, where he completed his Master of Music. Teddy Tahu Rhodes (born 30 August 1966) is a New Zealand-born operatic baritone based in Australia. He has performed at opera houses in New Zealand, Australia, San Francisco, Houston, Dallas, Philadelphia, Washington, New York City and throughout Europe. Timana James Aporo Tahu (born 16 October 1980) is an Australian former professional rugby league and rugby union footballer. He last played for Denver Stampede in the US PRO Rugby competition. Bionicle
Bionicle (stylized all caps) is a discontinued line of Lego construction toys marketed primarily towards 8-to-16-year-olds. The line was launched in 2001, originally as a subsidiary of Lego's Technic series. Over the following decade, it became one of the company's biggest-selling properties, turning into a franchise and subsequently becoming one of the factors in saving Lego from its financial crisis of the late 1990s. Despite a planned twenty-year tenure, the theme was discontinued in 2010, citing low sales, but was rebooted in 2015 for a further two years.
