Tafsir Ibn Juzayy
Al-Tashil li Ulum al-Tanzil (), better known as Tafsir Ibn Juzayy (), is a classical Sunni tafsir of the Qur'an, authored by the Maliki-Ash'ari scholar Ibn Juzayy. Methodology In the science of tafsir, Ibn Juzayy's tafsir is one of the greatest and most precise. He used a detailed approach to interpreting the Quran by the Quran, the Sunnah, or the interpretations of the Companions, distinguishing their preponderant viewpoints and the outweighing ones in the event of a disagreement. He also looked into the comments made by Quranic commentators, distinguishing between those that were authentic and those that weren't, as well as between the majority and minority views. Muhammad bin Ahmed bin Juzayy Al Gharnati (), better known as Ibn Juzayy () was an Al-Andalus, Andalusian Sunni Muslim scholar of Arab origin. Al-Zamakhshari
Abu al-Qasim Mahmud ibn Umar al-Zamakhshari (; 1074 –1143) was a medieval Muslim scholar of Iranian descent. He travelled to Mecca and settled there for five years and has been known since then as 'Jar Allah' (God's Neighbor). He was a Mu'tazilite theologian, linguist, poet and interpreter of the Quran. He is best known for his book Al-Kashshaf, which interprets and linguistically analyzes Quranic expressions and the use of figurative speech for conveying meaning.
