Organized Konfusion
Organized Konfusion (OK) is an alternative hip hop duo from Queens, New York, composed of Prince Po and Pharoahe Monch. History Recording career Group members Prince Po and Pharoahe Monch began their career under the name Simply II Positive MCs. Originally, Po was the rapper and Pharoahe was a beatboxer, but after realizing his rhyming skill, Monch joined Po as MC. The duo caught the attention of hip hop producer Paul C, who produced a demo for the group in the late 1980s. They signed a record deal with a small record company in Queens named Solid Sound Records. Two producers named Kevin Osborne and Neal Kelley produced two singles for the group. The first was "Memories of Love" in 1987 and the second was "South Side in Effect". In 1987, they released "Memories of Love"; however, it did not receive any radio play. Keith Matthew Thornton (born October 7, 1963), known professionally as Kool Keith, is an American rapper and record producer known for his surreal, abstract, and often profane or incomprehensible lyrics. Kool Keith has recorded prolifically both as a solo artist and in group collaborations. Kool Keith is generally considered to be one of hip-hop's most eccentric and unusual personalities. Masters of Illusion was the musical side project of producer KutMasta Kurt and rappers Kool Keith and Motion Man. Their debut self-titled album was released on November 14, 2000. The album's title includes "Kutmasta Kurt presents..." which implies that Kutmasta Kurt brought the collaboration. Kurt had previously worked as a producer for several of Kool Keith's albums, many of which featured Motion Man on its tracks. Third Sight is an underground rap trio from the Bay Area of California. Formed in the early 1990s, the group's members are MC Jihad, Dufunk, and D-Styles.
