TLF (band)
TLF is a French rap band formed in the 2000s by two MCs from Val-de-Marne, namely Ikbal M'kouboi (known by his alias Ikbal Vockal) and by Alain 2 L'Ombre. In 2009, Alain 2 L'Ombre left the formation which was reformed on 2010 with Ikbal, Badoo, Yacouba and Edwige. For the TLF live tours in 2010 and 2011, three new members pitched in: Skalp, Awa Imani and Indila and eventually joined the group. Edwige quit in July 2011, and was replaced by Léa. Alain 2 L'Ombre rejoined in 2012. Nikarson Saint-Germain better known by his stage name Alibi Montana (born 1978 in Villetaneuse, Seine-Saint-Denis, France) is a French rapper of Haitian origin. Career Alibi Montana born in Villetaneuse, moved to the city of 4000 at La Courneuve, where he started his career in the 1990s with debut album ''T'as ma parole'' released in 1999, followed by the compilation ''Mandat de dépôt'' in 2002. He was jailed for attempted homicide for more than three-and-a-half years. After release from jail, Menace Records run by Bayes released in May 2004 his album ''1260 jours'' (being the exact number of days of imprisonment). Alibi Montana became the prominent rapper of the label. Pascal Boniani Koeu better known by his stage name Skalpovich, is a French record producer, composer, songwriter and record executive. Between 2001 and 2006, he was part of duo Kore & Skalp with DJ and producer Kore before continuing solo. Cornelius Nyungura (born 24 March 1977), known by his stage name Corneille, is a Canadian R&B singer. He was born in West Germany to Rwandan parents. He spent most of his childhood in Rwanda, and eventually emigrated to Quebec, Canada, in 1997. He sings in French and English. His work is greatly influenced by American funk and soul music; he is inspired by Prince, Marvin Gaye and Stevie Wonder.
