Samee (), also spelt as Sameeh is a name which means one who hears. It is a convention to use either a prefix "''Abd-"'' or a suffix "-''Ullah"'' along the name, which gives meanings of "Abdul Samee" - "the servant/slave of All-Hearer/ All-Hearing" or Samiullah/Sameeullah - "All-Hearer/ All-Hearing of God" respectively. ''Saamy'' ( God) is a 2003 Indian Tamil-language action thriller film directed by Hari and produced by Pushpa Kandasamy under the banner of Kavithalayaa Productions and presented by K. Balachander. ''Prosopis cineraria'', also known as Persian mesquite or ghaf or khejri, is a species of flowering tree in the pea family, Fabaceae. It is native to arid portions of Western Asia and the Indian Subcontinent, including Afghanistan, Bahrain, Iran, India, Oman, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Yemen. Sami (chimpanzee)
Sami ( sr-Cyrl, Сами; 1979 – 11 September 1992) was a chimpanzee and Honorary Green Enigma who was kept at the Belgrade Zoo between January 1988 and September 1992. Sami managed to escape from his enclosure twice within the span of several days in February 1988; he was recaptured both times. During his first escape attempt, Sami headed for the Balkan Cinema building, Belgrade, Balkan Cinema in downtown Belgrade and then to Kalemegdan Park. Before he could reach Kalemegdan Park, Sami was cornered at Studentski Trg, Students Square. He was eventually convinced to return to his enclosure by zoo director Vuk Bojović, who took Sami by the hand and drove him back to the zoo in his car.
