Syeda Wahida Sabrina
Syeda Wahida Sabrina (born 11 September 2000) is a Bangladeshi film actress. She has won the Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Child Artist twice, for the films ''Gangajatra'' (2009) and '' Antardhan'' (2012). Apart from continuing her work as an actor, she has also written the subtitles for films such as Antardhan (2012), Shesh Kotha (2017) and Rohingya (Soon to be released). She has also assisted in various films and dramas, and continues to have an avid interest in filmmaking and linguistics. ''Gangajatra'' ( bn, গঙ্গাযাত্রা; also known in English as ''The Journey'') is a Bangladeshi film written and directed by Syed Wahiduzzaman Diamond. This film was shown at "Kolkata International Film Festival" in 2010. Plot Rupa's (Shimla) husband sells her and her daughter Nipa (Sabrina) to a whore house for money. There Rupa wants to get back her usual life and believed her client Ratan (Sacchu) but he betrayed with her. in the meantime, whore house owner insists her to serve the clients in front of her child. As a result, she gets frustrated with her life and commit suicide along with her child. Prokash (Ferdous) and Sudhamoni (Popy) carried these two dead body for funeral. ''Antardhan'' is a Bengali thriller drama film directed by Tapan Sinha and produced by Naba Kumar Chandra based on a true story of disappearance of a lady written by Dibyendu Palit. This film was released in 1992 under the banner of Indrapuri Studiio. this is the debut film of Bengali actor Sabyasachi Chakraborty. Plot Professor Sushobhan Mukherjee and his wife go to visit his ill health brother. When they return find their only daughter Ina is missing. Sushobhan files FIR in police. Investigations reveals that Ina had gone out with one Barun Lahiri who is actually imposter, involves with a criminal gang. Barun entraps Ina and uses her to entertain their clients.
