Aaron Anthony Swinson (born January 9, 1971) is an American retired professional basketball player. A forward, Swinson played college basketball for the Auburn Tigers. In 1994-95, Swinson played in nine games for the Phoenix Suns of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Swinson played for the Yakima Sun Kings of the Continental Basketball Association (CBA) during the 1994–95 season when they won the 1995 CBA championship. He was selected as the CBA Playoff/Finals Most Valuable Player and named to the All-Rookie First Team. Arthur Swinson
Arthur Horace Swinson (1915–1970) was a British Army officer, writer, playwright, and historian. A prolific playwright, he authored more than 300 works. Swinson was born in St Albans, Hertfordshire, to Hugh Swinson and Lilla Fisher Swinson. He attended St Albans School. He enlisted in the Rifle Brigade in 1939 and in 1940 was commissioned into the Worcestershire Regiment. In the Far East, he fought at the 1944 Battle of Kohima as a staff captain with the British 5th Brigade, which commanded the 7th Battalion of his regiment. The diaries he kept during the battle are now lodged in the Imperial War Museum. He served until 1946, with postings in Malaya, Burma, Assam and India during World War II. In 1949, he subsequently became a writer and producer at the BBC where he produced a number of programmes for Richard Attenborough. In 1965, Swinson wrote a book about the Jallianwala Bagh massacre entitled ''Six Minutes to Sunset: The Story of General Dyer and the Amritsar Affair'' ...

Bradyn Swinson (born July 4, 2002) is an American professional football defensive end for the New England Patriots of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the LSU Tigers and Oregon Ducks. Swinson was selected by the Patriots in the fifth round of the 2025 NFL draft. Corey J. Swinson (December 15, 1969 – September 10, 2013) was an American professional football defensive tackle. After playing his college football at Hampton University, Swinson spent one season with the NFL's St. Louis Rams in 1995. He was selected by the Miami Dolphins in the seventh round of the 1995 NFL draft, but only spent the preseason on their roster. David Swinson Maynard
David Swinson "Doc" Maynard (March 22, 1808March 13, 1873) was an American doctor and businessman. He was one of Seattle's primary founders. Maynard was Seattle's first doctor, merchant prince, second lawyer, Sub-Indian Agent, Justice of the Peace, and architect of the Point Elliott Treaty of 1855. Early life Maynard was born to a family of means near Castleton, Vermont. At the age of 17 he was accepted into Castleton Medical School (which at the time was associated with Middlebury College). He was top in his class and apprenticed to Dr. Theodore Woodward (not to be confused with Dr. Theodore E. Woodward). In 1828 he married Lydia A. Rickey; they had a daughter, Frances, in 1830 and a son, Henry, in 1834. According to court papers, he discovered in 1841 that she was unfaithful to him but remained with her until 1850.
