Swift Creek (Washington)
Swift Creek is a southward-flowing tributary of the Baker River, about long, in Whatcom County in the U.S. state of Washington. It rises in glaciers near Table Mountain, Mount Ann, and Kulshan Ridge, and flows west before being joined by more glacial tributaries. It then winds south-southeast for several miles to Baker Lake reservoir, and there it is joined by Morovitz Creek directly before it enters the lake. Park Creek is a small east-flowing stream that enters Baker Lake very near Swift Creek, but should not be confused as a tributary with it. The Baker River is an approximately , southward-flowing tributary of the Skagit River in northwestern Washington in the United States. It drains an area of the high North Cascades in the watershed of Puget Sound north of Seattle, and east of Mount Baker. With a watershed of approximately in a complex of deep valleys partially inside North Cascades National Park, it is the last major tributary of the Skagit before the larger river reaches its mouth on Skagit Bay. The river flows through Concrete, Washington, near its mouth and has two hydroelectric dams owned by Puget Sound Energy. Baker Lake (Washington)
Baker Lake is a lake in northern Washington state in the United States. The lake is situated in the Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest and Baker River valley southwest of North Cascades National Park and is fed by the Baker River along with numerous smaller tributaries. The lake is approximately north of the town of Concrete, Washington. The lake covers an area of and holds up to of water. Water levels fluctuate an average of annually. Formerly a smaller natural body of water, it was enlarged and raised in 1959 in conjunction with the construction of the Upper Baker Dam, a concrete gravity hydroelectric dam capable of generating 91 megawatts. Table Mountain (Whatcom County, Washington)
Table Mountain is a Skagit Range summit located west of Mount Shuksan and northeast of Mount Baker in the North Cascades of Washington state. It is situated in the Mount Baker Wilderness, which is managed by the Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest. Table Mountain is located west of Artist Point, at the end of the Mount Baker Highway. From the Artist Point parking lot, a short 1.4 mile trail leads to the summit at the west end of the mountain. Mount Ann
Mount Ann is a mountain summit located in the North Cascades in Whatcom County of Washington state. It is set within the Mount Baker Wilderness, on land managed by Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest, and is only one mile outside the boundary of North Cascades National Park. Mount Ann is situated immediately southwest of line parent Mount Shuksan and northeast of Mount Baker. Mount Ann can be seen south of Artist Point which is at the end of the Mount Baker Highway.
