Sweet XVI (comics)
''Sweet XVI'' is the second extended play by American singer Mya. A follow-up to its predecessor ''With Love'', ''Sweet XVI'' symbolized the singer's longevity in the music industry – comprises six brand new songs executive produced by Mya and producer Yonni. Considered a "change of pace" and "the perfect vibe for Spring," ''Sweet XVI'' is an uptempo spring music collection extended play which encompasses R&B, hip-hop, soul, and trap. In celebration of her debut studio album's anniversary, the singer released ''Sweet XVI'' April 21, 2014 on her label imprint Planet 9 with distribution via Ingrooves. Mya Marie Harrison (; born October 10, 1979), (stylized as Mýa), is an American singer, songwriter, dancer, and actress. Born into a musical family, she studied ballet, Jazz dance, jazz, and tap dance as a child. Initially, Mýa began her career as a VJ (media personality), VJ and dance posse member on Black Entertainment Television, BET's ''Teen Summit''. During her stint at BET, she developed an interest in music which lead to independent deal from the guidance of CEO Haqq Islam. Apple Music is a music, audio and video streaming service developed by Apple Inc. Users select music to stream to their device on-demand, or they can listen to existing playlists.
