Swanky Tunes
Swanky Tunes (stylized as SWΛNKУ TUИES) are a Russian electronic dance music duo composed of Vadim Shpak and Dmitry Burykin, formed in Smolensk in 1998. Prior to 2012, they have collaborated closely with another Russian EDM duo, Hard Rock Sofa. They were ranked number 97 of the ''DJ Mag'' charts in 2015. The duo owns the label Showland, sub-label Armada Music (2015–2018), and has a weekly podcast of the same name. Biography The group was formed in 1998, experimenting with different electronic styles in search of their own sound. At first, they mixed techno sounds with vintage synthesizers. Then the group morphed makes a sound clearly influenced by the big beat. Currently, some touches of techno, 80s electro, and progressive contemporary house complement their sound. Smolensk is a city and the administrative center of Smolensk Oblast, Russia, located on the Dnieper River, west-southwest of Moscow. First mentioned in 863, it is one of the oldest cities in Russia. Tom Swoon
Dorian Tomasiak (born 6 June 1993), known professionally as Tom Swoon (and previously as Pixel Cheese), is a Polish former DJ and record producer. Tom Swoon used to host Lift Off Radio on Electro City on Dash Radio. He debuted in the ''DJ Mag''s 2015 Top 100 DJs voting poll as No. 46. On 5 December 2017, Tomasiak drove drunk and was charged in a car accident that led to the death of one person and injured another. On 6 June 2018, Tomasiak announced the end of the "Tom Swoon" project in a public statement letter sent from prison. He was later sentenced to four years and eight months of prison. The Stooges or Iggy and the Stooges, originally billed as the Psychedelic Stooges, were an American rock band formed in Ann Arbor, Michigan, in 1967 by singer Iggy Pop, guitarist Ron Asheton, drummer Scott Asheton, and bassist Dave Alexander. Dragan Roganović ( sr-Cyrl, Драган Рогановић, ; born 15 November 1978), better known by his stage name Dirty South is a Serbian-Australian DJ, record producer and remixer based in Melbourne.
