"Swagger Jagger" is the debut single by English singer and rapper Cher Lloyd, taken from her debut studio album '' Sticks and Stones'' (2011). It was released as the album's lead single on 31 July 2011 by both Syco and Sony. The song was written by the two production teams The Runners and The Monarch with Lloyd, Autumn Rowe, Marcus Lomax and Clarence Coffee Jr. and is composed to the tune of "Oh My Darling, Clementine". The music video was released on 26 June 2011. It was also used in the movie '' Identity Thief'' with Melissa McCarthy. Despite receiving negative reviews from music critics, the song debuted at number one on the UK Singles Chart, and at number two in Ireland, becoming her biggest hit to date in these countries. Cher Lloyd (born 28 July 1993) is an English singer. She participated on the The X Factor (UK series 7), seventh series of the television talent show ''The X Factor (UK TV series), The X Factor'' in 2010, where she finished in fourth place. Following the show, Lloyd was signed to Syco Music in the United Kingdom and Epic Records in the United States. She released her debut studio album, ''Sticks and Stones (Cher Lloyd album), Sticks and Stones'', in 2011, which had two releases: its standard edition and a US version. "Oh, My Darling Clementine" ( Roud 9611, sometimes simply "Clementine") is a traditional American, tragic but sometimes comic, Western folk ballad in trochaic meter usually credited to Percy Montross (or Montrose) (1884), although it is sometimes credited to Barker Bradford. Members of the Western Writers of America chose it as one of the Top 100 Western songs of all time. Synopsis Multiple variations of the song exist, but all center on Clementine, the daughter of a "miner forty-niner" and the singer's lover. Little Donkey is a popular Christmas carol, written by British songwriter Eric Boswell in 1959, which describes the journey by Mary the mother of Jesus to Bethlehem on the donkey of the title. T4 on the Beach was an annual British one-day music event which was held on the beach at Weston-super-Mare and televised on Channel 4. The event began in 2003 as Pop Beach in Great Yarmouth, changing to the current title and venue in 2005. The day consisted of a number of major contemporary pop and rock music acts from the UK and overseas, performing short sets in front of an audience of over 40,000. In addition to the main stage a smaller 4Music stage has provided a platform for newer upcoming bands, renamed in 2010 to the T4 Sessions stage.
