Svetla Vassileva (publicist)
Svetla Vassileva (or "Vasileva", Bulgarian: Светла Василева, born 1 April 1964) is a Bulgarian publicist and blogger. Born in Pleven, she graduated from the Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" and the Herzen University in Saint Petersburg, she worked briefly at the Bulgarian Scientific Research Institute of Education in Sofia. She wrote a dissertation on "Inclusion of children from preschool to universal moral values." Vassileva is co-author of "Concept for the development of public preschool education in Bulgaria", "Concept for the socialization of socially disadvantaged Romani people, Romani children" (under the auspices of UNICEF), "White Paper on Pravets" (2010) and the book ''Pravets. Chronicles of the private city'' (2011). Pravets
Pravets or Pravetz (, also transliterated as Pravec, ) is a town in Pravets Municipality in central western Bulgaria, located approximately from the capital Sofia. Pravets is home town of Pravetz computers. Pravets has a population of 4,512 people. Mountains surround it, which allows for a mild climate with rare winds. In the outskirts there is an artificial lake used for fishing and recreation. The town is the birthplace of Bulgaria's longtime communist president Todor Zhivkov. The first microprocessor factory in Bulgaria was established in Pravets. The computers produced there, which were among the first in Bulgaria, were named Pravetz. Today, the town is most famous for its computers and technology systems high school and the Hyatt Pravets golf resort complex. There is also a language high school by the name of Aleko Konstantinov. Jürgen Roth
Jürgen Roth (4 November 1945 – 28 September 2017) was a German publicist and investigative journalist. Life Roth was born in 1945 at Frankfurt am Main. After completing his secondary school education, Roth completed an apprenticeship as a forwarding agent. In 1968, he left and spent a year in Turkey. From 1971 onwards, he published books and television documentaries on organised crime, with a focus on Eastern Europe, Germany and international terrorism. He was also active in the organisation Business Crime Control. Roth believed that organised crime was deeply intertwined with the economic system and was a part of economic life in Europe.
