Svein Holden
Svein Holden (born 23 August 1973) is a Norwegian lawyer having prosecuted several major criminal cases in Norway. Together with prosecutor Inga Bejer Engh Holden prosecuted terror suspect Anders Behring Breivik in the 2012 trial following the 2011 Norway attacks. Born in Fredrikstad, Holden is educated Candidate of Law from the University of Oslo in 1999. He then worked one year for the Ministry of Justice and the Police. Between 2001 and 2005 he worked at Oslo Police District. Since 2006 he has worked as prosecutor at the Public Prosecutors of Oslo. He was prosecutor during the trial against former Lyn Football sports director Morgan Andersen. During a trial in Fredrikstad District Court in 2010 he accidentally fired a starting gun which he believed not to be loaded. The firing had no adverse consequences. SFK Lyn
Ski- og Fotballklubben Lyn (lit. "Ski and Football Club Lightning") is a Norwegian alliance sports club from Nordre Aker, Oslo. It has two sections; for association football and Nordic skiing. Until 2010 they had a third section, for top-level association football, named FK Lyn. In the skiing is also embedded orienteering, triathlon, and track and field. Life Imprisonment In Norway
The sentence of life imprisonment under Norwegian law is restricted to the military penal code (''e.g.'' for aiding the enemy during a time of war). In the civilian penal code, a law passed in 2002 allows for an indeterminate penalty that could, in theory, result in life imprisonment. Stig Millehaugen (born 8 May 1969) is a Norwegian man who has been convicted for a number of crimes, including armed robbery, the 1992 murder of a prison guard during escape, prison escape in 2000, and the murder of Pakistani-Norwegian gang leader Mohammad Javed in 2009. In the 1980s, he was a member of Tveitagjengen (Tveita gang). He has been described at times as "Norway's most dangerous" and was held for some time in total isolation in prison.
