Suzanne Malone
Suzanne Mulvey (née Malone; born 4 October 1984) is a Scottish footballer who plays as a forward and represented Scotland at the senior international level. Club career Mulvey started her playing career with Hibernian after moving up from their youth teams. In the 2005 summer season, Mulvey played in Iceland with ÍBV (alongside Hibs teammate Suzy Robertson) and scored three goals in ten Úrvalsdeild appearances. Her spell with Hibernian showcased her as one of the most promising young players in Scotland at the time and brought her to the attention of everyone in the game, however, Mulvey brought her time with Hibernian to an end when she moved to play for Hamilton. After Hamilton, she spent a brief spell at Glasgow City, where her time was hampered by a knee injury, before moving to newly-founded Celtic in late 2007, where she scored goals but struggled to hold down a place in the line-up. ''Morgunblaðið'' (, ''The Morning Paper'') is an Icelandic daily newspaper. ''Morgunblaðið''s website, mbl.is, is the most popular website in Iceland. It is currently the country's only daily printed newspaper and the newspaper of record. Scottish Women's Football (SWF), formerly known as the Scottish Women’s Football Association (SWFA) between 1972 and 2001, is the governing body for women's association football in Scotland. Eddie Wolecki Black
Edward Wolecki Black (born 13 March 1965) is a Scottish football player and manager. He was director of football at West of Scotland Football League club Gartcairn Juniors and has also previously managed Forfar West End, Lochee United, Montrose, Edusport Academy and Airdrieonians in men's football, and women's teams Glasgow City, Motherwell and Celtic. Playing career Wolecki was a player in the lower leagues of Scottish football, before becoming a coach at Dundee United under the management of both Jim McLean and Tommy McLean. 2016 Scottish Women's Premier League
The 2016 Scottish Women's Premier League was the 15th season of the SWPL, the highest division of women's football in Scotland since 2002. For the first time, the league was split into two divisions of eight teams each, SWPL 1 and SWPL 2. The split into two divisions reduced the number of top-division teams from 12 to 8. The change was made to increase competitiveness in the league. At the end of the season in October 2016, Glasgow City won the championship, ahead of Hibernian. City became the first senior football club to win ten Scottish league titles in succession. Forfar Farmington were relegated, being replaced by Hamilton Academical for the 2017 season.
